Ushti Baba are a Bristol-based band who blend a mixture of Eastern and Western European folk music with Jungle, Drum n Bass and Dubstep rhythms. Combining an array of acoustic instruments and beatbox they are originators and pioneers of Gypsy Jungle Turbo Folkstep, the title of their first EP.

The set covers Sea-Shanty Gabba, songs about agricultural revolution, Romany Gypsy numbers, Sicilian exorcism tunes and traditional Klezmer wedding tunes!!!

Dila V & The Odd Beats are all about multinational hip shimmying gypsy folk and roots from far away lands.

Fronted by the spellbinding Dila Vardar, this Bosporus-straddling blend of Turkish folk and irresistible Balkan dance beats comes with sinuous hints of Greek Rebetiko amongst other tasty world music flavours.
