November 19, 2016 @ 9:00 pm - November 20, 2016 @ 2:00 am

£5 – £8

We are bringing Lost Horizon Sauna to The Magic Garden!

Creating a festival on your doorstep, we’re bringing the atmosphere you love. Expect fire, dancing and frolics all to the soundtrack of our favourite musicians and DJs of the summer – with the indulgence of the luxury wood-fired sauna yurt to top it off.

Daring to step outside of the established traditions of folk music and pioneering a bass-infused sound that can only be described as “Jump-up Folk”, forest of fools have something that will leave you smiling from ear to ear. With influences ranging from folk, drum & bass and world music to funk, jazz and perhaps even a touch of classical; this music is spliced with cunning arrangements and intricate melodies, it’s a groove that can’t fail to move you.

“…forest of fools are a lovely bunch of fellows with a vibrant and lively performance of some wonderful and uniquely styled sounds. The brilliant divergence in sounds they produce made for a fantastic closing act for our stage…” – Tim Bamford, Floating Lotus Dome Stage, Boomtown Fair

Up and coming 5 piece Toytown Hustle are an electric math pop ensemble – what does that mean?

It means it’s loud, catchy and rhythmic. There’s some brass instruments and occasionally it all goes a bit topsy turvy. It’s like having a really good bath, and then someone steals your rubber duck and puts sunglasses on it… also in this scenario theres a 5 piece band in your bath.

Twisted folk, haunting harmonies, toe-tapping rhythm, combining forces to envelop the senses with intricate melodic and rhythmic guitar, subtle yet massive double bass playing, sweet and sour fiddle, seductive clarinet, and more!

Snufkin has a knees up on valium feel to him- still folky and reflective, gentle and chilled, but decidedly more forward in the motion of the songs!” – Pete, Stacked! Promotions

Tell Tale Tusk weave raucous rhythms and invigorating instrumentals around twisted tales and tall stories; all narrated in theatrical three-part harmony. Expect the unexpected, the macabre and the down right daft. Bring your dancing shoes!
