Dr. Schwamp + Danny & the Moonlighters + DJ Jamie Moon

July 29, 2016 @ 9:00 pm - July 30, 2016 @ 2:00 am

£5 – £8

Doctor Schwamp is here to deliver you from the aches and pains of everyday life unto the fabulous restorative powers of eclectic musical mayhem.

The good Doctor has diagnosed a serious case of post-modern malaise and he is here to administer new music, drama, chaos, medicine and sorcery. Doctor Schwamp treats music with respect and a healthy disrespect. Nothing is safe: jazz, blues, gypsy, swing, punk, ska, it’s all here, and more, reinvented for the 21st century in a freewheeling, on-stage circus-casino of life.

Doctor Schwamp has arrived. He is here to bring you tall stories and a bigdose of the improbable. But most of all Doctor Schwamp is here to make you feel GOOD! The time has come! Let Doctor Schwamp administer…

South London semi-serious rock n roll band… Danny and the Moonlighters perform styles ranging from ’50s high school prom rock, surfer vibes, speak easy swing, and a healthy dose of spook!

This band of good friends has years of live and recording experience between them. The band is a boutique, concept band whose primary goal is to entertain both the crowd and the musicians. They play the kinds of music they like, and do not limit themselves to a specific genre. However they always like to see people dancing! They spin yarns which come from an imaginary reality; “The Haunted World Of Danny & The Moonlighters” where characters of their own creation, their favourite films and real history all live together.

Sleazy Listening to Grindin’ Rock n Roll, Glamour Trash to Electro Booty and beyond from DJ Jamie Moon!

Taking in rhythm & blues, jazz, exotica, funk, loungecore, northern soul, latin, breakbeat, electronica, house, glitch, synthpop, new wave, ska, electro swing & many more delectable morsels!
